PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To demold a molding surely and efficiently and to eliminate a defective surface even in continuous molding by molding a thermoplastic elastomer having rigidity within a specified range using a mold in which at least part of the surface which contacts the elastomer is made from a kind of aluminum alloy. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic elastomer having JIS Shore's hardness A of 5-90, preferably 10-75, more preferably 10-60 is used. When the hardness is less than 5, even when an aluminum alloy is used, a molding can adhere to the surface of a mold. When the elastomer having hardness of at least go is used, the possibility of adhesion of the molding to the surface of the mold is low even when the aluminum alloy is not used so that there is no need to use the aluminum alloy. Among molding methods, an injection molding method and a composite molding method are especially preferable in terms of productivity and others. |
