PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat efficiency by a method wherein heat is recovered from a formed gas before purification treatment by a heat exchanger, and then, after hazardous substances in the formed gas are removed by bringing the formed gas into gas-liq. contact with a cleaning liq. or an absorbing liq., it is heated again with the recovered heat in the heat recovering process. SOLUTION: Heat of a gas Al before treatment is recovered by means of a heat exchanger 3 and a gas A4 after purification treatment is heated with this heat to form a gas A5, which is fed into e.g. a gas turbine G/T of a complex power generation system. In addition, before H2 S in the gas is absorbed and removed, impurities in the gas is removed in a cleaning tower 4. Then, the gas is heated in a heater 9 and, thereafter, COS in the gas are converted into H2 S by means of a convertor 10. In this instance, the temp. condition in a heat recovery process is set under a condition where ammonium chloride does not separate out and stuck on the heat transmission face of a heat exchanger 3 and this setting is performed through a preheating process wherein the gas A4 introduced into the heat exchanger 3 is heated in advance in a heat exchanger 11 and a heater 17. |
