SOLUTION: A raw material for a tea or the like and an extracting water are fed into a closed type extraction tank 4, the essences in the raw material are extracted in the extraction tank 4, the extraction product solution in which the essences are percolated is taken out from the extraction tank 4. The extraction product solution which has been once taken out from the extraction tank 4 is flown back into the extraction tank 4, and then it is taken out again. |
