PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reuse laundry drainage by a stable, high grade drainage treatment by a method in which the drainage, after being treated with ozone, is subjected to bio-membrane treatment using a fiber contact material, and the treated liquid is separated into solid and liquid by a precise filter membrane. SOLUTION: Drainage stored in a flow rate control tank 2 is sent to a prescribed quantity ozone treatment tank 5, and ozone produced by an ozone generator 7 from an oxygen concentration device 6 is kneaded into the drainage by a static mixer 10, the drainage of high ozone solubility is circulated to be ozone- treated. The ozone-treated drainage is sent to a bio-membrane treatment tank 12, air from a blower 15 is diffused from a diffuser 14, and pollutants are decomposed by a bio-membrane formed on the surface of a fiber contact material 16 and treated. In this process, the drainage is treated while being circulated from a bio-membrane treatment part 12b to an aeration part 12a by the air lift effect of the diffuser 14. Moreover, the treated water is filtered by the precise filter membrane of a filter module 17 to be solid-liquid separated. |
