<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray absorption tower and a wet flue gas desulfurization apparatus having the same capable of preventing scale from adhering and being produced on spray piping, spray nozzles and spray piping support on the uppermost stage so as to keep a stable performance for a long time. SOLUTION: By installing spray nozzles 4d on the uppermost stage so as to spray an absorption liquid upwardly, the absorption liquid falling down after reaching a specified height is provided with an effect for washing spray piping 3d, spray nozzles 4d and spray piping support 5d on the uppermost stage with spray pressure and spray angle. At this moment, the spray nozzles 4d are arranged so that no dead space is produced in a region where the absorption liquid sprayed from each of the spray nozzles 4d and falling down from a height of the spray piping 3d to a height of the support 5d spreads, and thus scale is prevented from adhering and being produced on the spray piping 3d, spray nozzles 4d and piping support 5d.</p> |
