The fixture comprises a buckle on compress with an integral catheter outlet, fixed by an adjustable belt. The fixture forms a truncated pyramid and has an Oreopoulis-Zellermann catheter in the middle, with a replaceable compress. The truncated pyramid shape has a circular hole in the middle of its smaller surface. The two parts of the surface each have a catheter guide and cylinder.
