Corner connector for hollow profile with longitudinal grooves

The connector (1) has two arms (1a), each one having two threaded holes (3) which can be inclined up to 10 deg . The embossment (2) is directed in accordance with the groove slot (C) of the profile and may have different width. The longitudinal sides of the embossment are inclined at approximately 15 deg , in order to guarantee centering. The groove slot of is in the middle of the profile side walls (B) and has a back-cut groove area (C1). On connection of two hollow profiles cut on mitring, the actual groove slot width is used for a fitting connection. The corner connector is fitted in both hollow profiles (A) and is centred by tensioning with its embossments in the groove slot, secured in place by stud bolts (4).
