摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to guard a load device from impact and make angular speed constant, by converting the angular position of an intermediate shaft rotating into a position signal, and further converting the position signal into a signal for driving a motor at an angular speed. SOLUTION: A DC motor 10 and a pulley 12 connected with a pulley 14 on an intermediate shaft 15 through a timing belt 13 are supported on a shaft 11. A rotary encoder 25 and a pulley 16 connected with a pulley 18 on a shaft 19 through a flat belt 17 are supported on the intermediate shaft 15. Further, a load device 20 is supported on the shaft 19. The angular speed of the intermediate shaft 15 is converted into an electrical signal for the number of pulses per second through the rotary encoder 25, and a position signal indicating the angular position of the intermediate shaft 15 is obtained. The position signal is given to a proportional derivative and double derivative controller as control means, and converted into a signal for driving the motor 10. If the angular speed of the load device is reduced, the number of pulses/second recorded on the encoder 25 is reduced, and a constant motor speed can be maintained.
