PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent insufficient lubricating oil in a compressor by receiving the defrosting operation starting signal by a timer means, counting the operation time at the high frequency of the compressor, and stopping the compressor according to the count by a protective control means. SOLUTION: The defrosting operation starting signal and the high frequency signal from a defrosting operation detecting means 9 and a frequency detecting means 10 are read to judge whether or not the defrosting operation is achieved. When the defrosting operation is judged, a judgment is made whether or not a compressor 1 is operated at the operation frequency of not less than the prescribed value, and when the compressor 1 is operated at the higher frequency, a timer means 8 is set. The timer means 8 counts the operation time at the higher frequency of the compressor 1, and after the prescribed time is elapsed, the compressor 1 is forcibly stopped. Seizure of the compressor 1 can be prevented thereby. |
