PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor heating panel to prevent an undesired force from being exerted on a heat generating body, such as a cord heater or the like, and improve durability. SOLUTION: In a floor heating panel 1 formed such that a base material 5 and a radiation plate 6 are adhered together with a cord heater 7 located therebetween, a groove 8 to contain the cord heater 7 is formed in a base material 5, and a cushion material 9 is arranged at the bottom of the groove part 8. A floor material 3 is arranged on the radiation plate 6 and when the cord heater 7 is pressed toward the bottom of the groove part 8, since the cushion material 9 is elastically deformed to absorb a force, the cord heater 7 is not deformed. |
