PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a customer to designate various print conditions for a photographic printer at a service shop in an ordering system by which a print is requested, by recording photographic image data on a medium and carrying it to the service shop. SOLUTION: A printer driver for the photographic printer at a service shop is integrated into the personal computer(PC) of a customer. This printer driver displays a print condition setting picture through an image processing application and accepts the designation input of various print conditions on the monitor of the PC (steps 103 and 104). The image processing application converts a resolution as needed according to the print conditions (step 105) and transfers the converted image data and a print mount image to the printer driver (step 106) and the printer driver displays them in a finish confirm picture (step 107). When the confirmed result is OK, the printer driver records the designated print conditions on the medium or transfers them to a network as order information (step 110).
