CHARGING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging system by which it is not required for the user side to pay a charge in advance and it is possible for a data server side to reduce a commission attended with accounting. SOLUTION: In the case that the user 1 making the user registration sends article purchase request information 6 consisting of a user identifier and a request denoting a service request article to a relay server 3 in the Internet 5, the relay server 3 conducts the user authentication processing 7 and transfers the request 8 to a server 4 of a data service party being an object of the service request article. Charging information 10 in an article and its charging information 10 returned from the server 4 is added (11) corresponding to the user identifier in a database 15 and generates charge information 13 (12) and sends it with the article 14 to the user 1, then the safe and inexpensive charging is attained.
