PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation gyro of high sensitivity and Q. SOLUTION: A vibration gyro 10 comprises a vibrator 12. On three side surfaces of the vibrator 14, a piezoelectric element 16a serving as a drive piece and piezoelectric element 16b and 16c working as a detection piece, respectively, are bonded. An end part of the piezoelectric element 16a matches one node point of the oscillator 14 in longitudinal direction of it while end parts of the piezoelectric elements 16b and 16c match the other node point of the oscillator 14 In longitudinal direction of it. A node point of the vibrator 14 is, with a length of the vibrator 14 as L, is present on a center axis O which is away from both ends by 0.224 L. |
