A method of molding resin member, comprising injecting a resin material into a die by using an injection apparatus having a plunger and provided on the upstream side of the die, and extruding the injected resin material from an opening of a nozzle of the die to a predetermined shape, whereby an object resin member can be molded to a desired cross-sectional shape even when a discharge rate of the resin material is varied.
