The house, prefabricated of solid wood, has supporting components of each floor level as four building quarters (1), each with two prefabricated outer wall sections (5) at right angles to each other, forming a corner of the house. The quarters have inner supports (3), and each forms a right angled quadrilateral. The four quarters, of the house floor level, are assembled together to form a cross-shaped intermediate zone (4).
