SOLUTION: In an electric power supply cutoff unit 30 to timely cut off between a battery 10 and on-vehicle Eleatrical equipment from each other in a condition of being directly connected to a battery terminal 10b, a cutoff part 33 to electrically cut off between the battery terminal 10b and an electric power supply circuit from each other according to an input signal, is interposed between a battery terminal joining part 31 and a circuit connecting part 34 connected to the electric power supply circuit. This unit 30 is introduced, and a control part 22 to actuate this cutoff part 33 at emergency time is connected to the cutoff part 33, and a safety device is obtained.
