PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a reinforcements-work in a construction site and facilitate the construction at the site to increase the workability when a level difference is formed in a concrete slab. SOLUTION: A concrete board with a specified size is divided into a specified areas 5, 6. Higher truss rods are arranged in one 5 of the areas at every appropriate distance so as to project the upper parts thereof from the upper face of the concrete board 2. Lower truss rods 4 are arranged in the other area 6 at every appropiate distance so as to project the upper parts thereof from the upper face of the concrete board 2. The ends of the higher truss rods 3 and the lower truss rods 4 are longitudinally lapped over each other at specified positions and light-weight filling materials 11 are arranged at every specified distance between the higher truss rods 3.
