<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for efficiently recovering both combustible gas and foam gas in a foam heat insulator even during a period of migrating from specific fluorocarbon of the foam gas to be recovered to cyclopentane as combustible gas, by preventing combustion or explosion due to mixture of the combustible foam gas separated from the insulator, efficiently recovering the combustible gas, and considering safety at the time of recovering. SOLUTION: The apparatus for recovering foam gas of foam heat insulator comprises crushers 2, 4 for crushing a cooler 1 to be discarded, an adsorption liquefying unit 24 for adsorbing, desorbing, liquefying and recovering foam gas generated in a space of the crushers, a wind force collector 10 for collecting the insulator from crushed pieces output from the crushers, a comminutor 18 for breaking closed cell foam in the classified insulator to separate resin and foam gas in bubble, a resin volume reducing unit 21 for volume reducing the resin in an airtight container to discharge it, a diluting unit 25 for diluting the foam gas in the comminutor 18 with the air mixed from an exterior, and a supply unit 27 for supplying the mixed gas diluted by the unit 25 to an adsorbing and liquefying unit.</p> |
