PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the labor saving in a short execution time and facilitate the execution within a wide range of an object of the execution ranging from a small-sized to a large-sized materials by adding and kneading water and/or a liquid binder with a refractory material, housing the resultant kneaded material in an intermediate hopper, forcedly feeding the kneaded material to an execution site and casting the kneaded material therein. SOLUTION: A castable refractory material is charged into a mixer 2 and the material is then kneaded in the mixer 2 while adding water and/or a liquid binder thereto to provide a kneaded material having the fluidity. After completing the kneading, the resultant kneaded material is discharged from the mixer 2 and housed in an intermediate hopper 7. A gate 7a of the intermediate hopper 7a is subsequently opened to a prescribed opening and a prescribed amount of the kneaded material is then dropped from the hopper 7 into a forcedly feeding pump 8 by its own weight, forcedly fed through a pipe 9 for the forcedly feeding with the forcedly feeding pump 8, discharged through the tip of the pipe 9 attached to a bendable type boom and further cast from a port for casting the kneaded material into an execution site. Thereby, steps are successively performed in parallel. |
