PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated ceramic capacitor having a high CR product of 5,000 Ω.F at room temperature and a high CR product of >=200 Ω.F at 150 deg.C in an electric field strength of 10 kV/mm, little in the voltage dependency of insulation resistance, excellent in DC bias characteristics and dielectric strength, having temperature characteristics satisfying B characteristics and X7R characteristics, excellent in weather-resistant performance, and using Ni for an inner electrode. SOLUTION: This dielectric porcelain composition for ceramic layers 2a, 2b comprises 100 pts.wt. of a main component of the formula: (BaO)m TiO2 +R2 O3 +BaZrO3 +MgO+MnO (R2 O3 is at least one kind of Eu2 O3 , Gd2 O3 , Tb2 O3 , DY2 O3 , Ho2 O3 , Er2 O3 , Tm2 O3 , Yb2 O3 ) and 0.2-3.0 pts.wt. of a subsidiary component of the formula; Li2 O-(Si,Ti)O2 -MO (NO is Al2 O3 and/or ZrO2 ) or SiO2 -TiO2 - XO (XO is at least one kind of BaO, CaO, SrO, MgO, ZnO, MnO). |
