KNEADED REFRACTORY FOR SPRAYING AND ITS EXECUTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a kneaded refractory for spraying capable of efficiently carrying out the execution without requiring a wide operating space or many required workers in an execution spot and without causing the deterioration in working environment and forming an executed product having a low porosity and to provide a method for the execution thereof. SOLUTION: This refractory for spraying is composed by separately preparing a kneaded material obtained by compounding a refractory aggregate with a binder without any self hardening properties in a prescribed proportion, adding water thereto and previously kneading the prepared mixture and a hardener for hardening the binder, adding and mixing the hardener with the kneaded material and carrying out he spraying execution. The execution is performed while adding the hardener to the kneaded material near a nozzle of a spray device in order to spray the kneaded material when carrying out the spraying execution.
