PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently reduce the weight while ensuring a necessary strength by fixing a bearing member by inserting the shaft-like connecting part of the bearing member to a cylindrical connecting part and caulking the cylindrical connecting part. SOLUTION: A first bearing member 2 is fixed by caulking the first cylindrical connecting part 11 of an arm member 1 in the state where a shaft-like connecting part 21 is inserted into the first cylindrical connecting part 11 by use of a caulking jig, whereby the caulked part of the first cylindrical connecting part 11 is recessed in each recessed groove 22 of the shaft-like connecting part 21 and laid in the engaged state therewith. A second bearing member 4 is also fixed in the state where the slipping-out of a second cylindrical connecting part 12 and a shaft-like connecting part 41 is arrested by caulking in the same manner as the first bearing member 2. Therefore, a high connecting strength can be ensured, compared with a welding structure, and since the arm member 1 is formed into a pipe form having a hollow part in the inner part, the weight of the part corresponding to the hollow part can be reduced. |
