The disc clutch (1) containing a clutch plate (3), a retaining plate (4), a central hub (2) extended by a central plate (5) containing the damping springs (7) and spacer rivets (11) has, mounted on its periphery, damping plates (12) with riveted friction pads (13). These plates are joined to the clutch plate by separate rivets (17), thus enabling the damping plates to flex when the clutch is actuated.
