Machine which comprises: a semicylindrical casing, which is suitably supported, closed by means of rotary articulated covers, there being, in the axial direction, a tubular shaft of a worm which is turned by means of an end gear motor and which displaces the foods to be cooked contained by the casing and which enter via one end thereof, such as rice, sauce and oil in the form of a mixture, for the purpose of which displacement the worm also has blades in the direction of the shaft (axis) on each pitch of the helix, which mixture is cooked by the calorific energy released by the steam (vapour) circulating inside the shaft via a chamber which defines a double body for the casing. The cooked mixture which exits via the free end is subjected to a vibration on a table equipped with through-holes for the oil which is released and which is collected in a lower tank, whilst the food product passes via a cold tunnel from which it exits at a temperature of 5 degree C and passes on to packaging and storage. <IMAGE> |
