PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily change an emitted light color of a light emitting diode to a desired color by including a fluorescent substance in a translucent coating material attached to the LED. SOLUTION: A coating material (cap) 1 including a fluorescent substance is detachably attached to a light emitting diode 2. The fluorescent substance which can be used in the translucent coating material 1 for the light emitting diode 2 may include fluorescent substances such as a fluorescent body, fluorescent pigment and fluorescent colorant. A form of the translucent coating material 1 for the light emitting diode 2 may include, for example, a cap shape, a sheet shape or the like according to a shape of the light emitting diode 2. The coating material 1 containing the fluorescent substance allows an emitted light color of the LED to be changed to desirable colors including white by attaching the coating material 1 to the light emitting diode 2. |
