PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a cable without excessive stress on the cable, by supporting a rotating section protruded from a support section, in such a manner that the rotating section can freely rotate around an axis almost perpendicular to the axis of a hose inserted into the long hole in bearing sections and supported. SOLUTION: A pair of bearing sections 8a, 8b perpendicular to a mounting section 7 which is mounted on an enclosure 1 are integrally formed on the mounting section 7, and a long hole 9 long is the direction of the height is formed in the bearing sections 8a, 8b. A rotating section 11 is integrally formed on a support section 10 in half-cylindrical shape almost the same as the shape of retaining hardware 3, and an insertion hole is formed in the rotating section 11. In some cases, the support section 10 is moved in the horizontal direction together with the bolt 13 by a distance equivalent to the length of the long hole 9.
