<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly, surely and minutely transmit information concerning management point data to another place. SOLUTION: A building managing device 1 is connected to a remote device 2 by an intranet 3. The building managing device 1 collects data of various kinds of management points in a building and judges whether collected management point data are transmitted to the remote device 2 or not. When it is judged that data are the ones to be transmitted, information concerning the management point data is converted into an electronic mail message and transmit it to the remote device 2 with a mail server 1-2 by way of the intranet 3. In this case, minute information such as an alarm name, an occurrence time, an occurrence place, alarm contents, an alarm level, a treatment guidance or past example contents(past occurrence history), etc., as information concerning management point data is converted into an electronic mail message.</p> |
