PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent delays in mass production starting date due to a delay of designing by managing the ordering deadline of parts and the progress state of their designing linked with each other. SOLUTION: This automatic managing system for parts-ordering deadline regards the presence/absence of the graphic number of the parts defined at the time, when the design of parts is completed as the progressing of the designing of the parts. When an ordering propriety discriminating means 12 discriminates that the information required for ordering is not arranged (the part number has not been defined yet) despite its being parts whose ordering deadline calculated by a deadline managing means 11 is close at hand, an alarm- generating means 13 prepares alarm information concerning such parts and an alarm-sending means 16 sends prepared alarm information to the terminal of a concerned person (designers, etc.), of corresponding parts. |
