<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a distance for connecting a movable electrode to a fixed electrode to a cable head on power supply and load side for minimum power loss, and to reduce generated heat and size reduction, by fitting the movable electrode which is connected and disconnected to/from the fixed electrode and a grounded device, and connecting a section between the movable electrode and load side conductor through a flexible conductor. SOLUTION: A movable electrode 7 connects a section between a load side conductor 9 and the movable electrode 7 through a flexible conductor 22 not sliding directly on the load side conductor 9, so that no deposits occur at the movable electrode 7 and the load side conductor 9, the rotational force of an operating mechanism part does not increase, the size of the operating mechanism part can be reduced, and the service life of the movable electrode 7 and the load side conductor 9 becomes longer. By connecting a section between the load side conductor 9 and the movable electrode 7, no metallic vapor occurs when the movable electrode 7 slides on the load side conductor 9, so that current cut-off characteristics can be improved, thereby attaining size reduction in a vacuum container 4. Even if a grounded device and isolation position are eliminated, it is possible to make use of it and attain size reduction in the vacuum container and operating mechanism.</p> |
