PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize common-mode power source noise at the time of data transmission without enlarging a data bus by permitting the number of newly added data buses to be not more the specified time of transmission data and to permit the number of '0' and '1' in transmission data to be equal. SOLUTION: The number of newly added data buses is made to be below the double of transmission data. The number of 0 and the that of 1 are made to be normally equal in number in the whole bits of data to be transmitted by the data busses. Therefore, the number of the n-bit data buses becomes an m(m>n)-number by newly adding the several buses to them, min. (m) for permitting the number of combination where m/2 within the m-number data buses becomes 0 and m/2 becomes 1 to be more than the number of bit combination in n-bit data is adopted as the number of the buses and the bit pattern of n-bit data is made to correspond to the bit pattern where the numbers of 0 and 1 in the data buses are equal by 1:1. min. (m) satisfying 2 <=m Cm/2 as against n-bit data is made to be the number of the data buses.
