The process comprises installing the scrap in an anode carrier entering an electrolytic cell and made of conducting metal insoluble in the electrolyte used, such as lead, titanium or various stainless steels. - The scrap, in good contact with the carrier, dissolves anodically in the electrolyte, with deposition of the refined metal on the cathode. The insoluble particles from the electrolyte are trapped by membranes in the carrier. |
