SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compositions improving technologies of multiphase liquid collection and pumping it over pipeline, in particular, to compositions lowering pumping pressure in operating petroleum pipelines. Composition contains (i) 15.0-30.0 weight parts of product of sequential addition of 1-3 weight parts of ethylene oxide and 3-9 weight parts of propylene oxide to 1 weight part of alkylphenol and (ii) 70-85.0 weight parts of sec-butyl alcohol production (hydration of butylene in presence of sulfuric acid, hydrolysis step) waste.
