PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably adjust a plurality of controlled variables with small mutual interference by varying robust stabilizing gain and adaptively controlling it based on the values of parameters estimated for meeting the fluctuation of the parameters representing dynamic characteristics. SOLUTION: In this air conditioner, sealed refrigerant is compressed and heated by a compressor 20 and flows to an outdoor heat exchanger 21 during a cooling operation. The refrigerant is cooled, liquefied by outdoor air therein and gives heat to air. Further, when the refrigerant passes through an outdoor expansion valve 26, an indoor expansion valves 30l and 30N, its pressure is reduced and the pressure reduced refrigerant enters indoor heat exchangers 28l and 28N. There, the refrigerant takes heat from air. Evaporating refrigerant enters again the compressor and is compressed. On the other hand, during a heating operation, processes opposite to those during the cooling operation are carried out. As described above, a controller controls room temperature and humidity respectively during the heating and cooling operations and also controls the temperature and pressure of the refrigerant of the air conditioner itself as a heat loading device. |
