PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film free from a change in a color shade after film formation, excellent in low temperature sealability, sealing strength, hot tack properties, impact strength and transparency and exhibiting excellent anti- blocking properties and slipping properties. SOLUTION: This polyethylene-based resin composition contains 0.3-5 pts.wt. of an amorphous aluminosilicate with an average particle size of 0.1-10μm, a pH, of an aqueous dispersion of 5% solid content, of 5.0 or more and less than 8.0 and a refractive index of 1.48-1.52 based on 100 pts.wt. of a polyethylene-based resin with a bending modulus of 2,500 kg/cm<2> or less. There is also provided a film composed of the composition.
