PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyester elastomer film utilizable in uses of backing sheets or the like for paper diapers excellent in moisture permeability and deodorant effects. SOLUTION: This polyester elastomer film contains an aromatic polyester unit as a hard segment and a poly(alkylene oxide)glycol unit as a soft segment and satisfies formulae I and II as follows: formula I:0<(1/d)(1,000/F-b)<=0.0125 and formula II: 0<(b)<=0.15 [(d) is the thickness (×m) of the film; F is the moisture permeability (g/m<2> .24 hr) of the film; (b) is the permeation constant (m<2> .24 hr/g) of the film].
