PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To liquefy gaseous molecule under an effective utilization of an equation of a Boyle-Charles's law with density. SOLUTION: In order to liquefy gas in reference to an equation of K=(pressure P×volume V)/(density D×temperature T), it is necessary to reduce the temperature T. In order to attain this state, it is necessary that the pressure P and the volume V must be decreased and the density D must be increased. More practically, a gas cooling device 8 is fixed to a liquefied gas accumulator 1 to keep the volume V constant, the volume V in the equation is changed into a constant value, gas in a gas compressor 9 is fed in a substantial forced manner through the gas cooling device 8 into the liquefied gas accumulator 1 so as to cool gas stored in it. In addition, gas is always fed into the liquefied gas accumulator 1 through a cylinder 3 so as to increase the density of the gas.
