More practically, a gas cooling device 8 is fixed to a liquefied gas accumulator 1 to keep the volume V constant, the volume V in the equation is changed into a constant value, gas in a gas compressor 9 is fed in a substantial forced manner through the gas cooling device 8 into the liquefied gas accumulator 1 so as to cool gas stored in it. In addition, gas is always fed into the liquefied gas accumulator 1 through a cylinder 3 so as to increase the density of the gas.
