摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize high-safety crossing at a crosswalk by providing light sensors or weight sensors detecting a pedestrian or a bicycle and outputting signals at both ends of a road, and partially burying a luminous means illuminated or blinked when the signals from the sensors are inputted along the crosswalk of the road. SOLUTION: Solar batteries 1 are partially buried in a road 6 in the areas between a crosswalk 5 and the stop lines 61 of bicycles. Batteries 2 storing the electric power fed from the solar batteries 1 are installed at shoulders on the footpath 7 side. Weight sensors 3 are installed on the footpath 7 side of the road 6 to be operated by the weight of a person or a bicycle. Light emission diodes 4 are partially installed along the crosswalk 5 of the road 6 to be lighted or blinked when the signals from the weight sensors 3 are inputted, thereby the attention of drivers is aroused when the person or bicycle crosses the crosswalk 5.
