The four wheel trailer has two independent front wheels (3) pivoting about a spindle (4) which is off centre relative to the perpendicular through the wheel axis (5). The coupling shaft (6) has no lateral articulation and always remains in the axis of the trailer platform (1). The wheels do not therefore have any influence on the orientation of the platform, only serving to support it.
