PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the air from standing by pasting a gas transmissive thin material to the inner surface of a face material thereby releasing the air entrained between an urethane foam and the face material through foaming growth of an original urethane liquid to the fluid side of the urethane foam through the thin material. SOLUTION: A thin material 3 is pasted to one inner side of a pair of face materials 2 disposed oppositely at a specified interval. The thin material 3 is selected to pass the air or a gas being generated from an original urethane liquid 4A at the time of foaming and to be permeated with the original urethane liquid 4A. When the original urethane liquid 4A flows between the face materials 2, the flow is retarded on the side touching the face material 2 and proceeds in the intermediate part. The air being entrained upon collapse of the forward end of the proceeding original urethane liquid 4A is passed through the thin material 3 by the pressure of expanding original urethane liquid 4A and pushed out into a space at the forward end of the original urethane liquid 4A thus preventing occurrence of an air pool 5 on the inside of the face material 2.
