PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigator which is, comprising an information exchange function with an external computer, excellent in reliability, responsibility, operativity, and economy. SOLUTION: Relating to a navigator 20 comprising a navigation controller 24 wherein car's current position is outputted to a display device 15 together with a nearby map, and a route guide for the car is performed based on such registered information as destination, address/telephone number, etc., of a residence, etc., toward in a memory 17, a non-volatile storage medium 22 where, carrying and overwriting are possible with no moving part, the registered information is stored, and an input/output device 21 where, the storage medium 22 is attached while free attaching/detaching allowed the registered information is read out of the storage medium 22 and stored in the memory 17, are provided. |
