<p>A tube for heat exchangers comprising a brazing sheet (B) constituting the tube (2) and provided with a bead (21), a ridge portion of which being brazed to the portion of an inner surface, opposite thereto, of a tube part (20), and a method of manufacturing the same, wherein a thickness (t') of the tube part (20) not yet brazed is set larger than a predetermined thickness (t) thereof and the tube part (20) is compressed in the direction of the thickness thereof during a later brazing operation to crush or sink the ridge portion of the bead against or into the opposed portion of the inner surface of the tube part, whereby the ridge portion of the bead and the opposed portion of the inner surface of the tube can be brazed to each other firmly and reliably.</p> |
