PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arbitrarily increase the housing vol. of a container to enable the correspondence to the complicated shape of the increased part by changing the vol. shape of the cavity of a mold after a resin material is injected into the cavity of the mold to perform the molding of a container part. SOLUTION: A cavity part 12 is formed between a movable mold member 10 and a fixed mold member 2 and the temps. of the respective mold members are held to 30-60 deg.C by the medium passed through a water pipe 39 to be controlled in its temp. Next, a molten resin material is ejected from a sprue bush 4 to be injected into the cavity part 12. At this time, a current is supplied to a heater 36 by a temp. control means 36A and the temp. in the vicinity of the cavity 12A of a vol. deformed part is set to 80-160 deg. and a vacuum suction drive means 34 is operated. By this constitution, an atmospheric piece 30 is operated so as to suck the resin part in the cavity 12A and the cavity 12A is moved so as to expand accompanied by the movement of a built-in slide member 28 by a hydraulic cylinder 32 and the resin is deformed to mold the vol. increased part of a container. |
