PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a full wheel cover of the same dimensions usable in common even in the case of rim plate thickness of a disc wheel being different by forming an outer peripheral design part, engaging protruding parts, an inner peripheral design part and a center part opposed to a disc face, continuously in this order to form the full wheel cover. SOLUTION: A full wheel cover 12 is formed of only an elastic body such as resin, with an outer peripheral design part 8, a plurality of engaging protruding parts 9, an inner peripheral design part 10 and a center part 11 integrally formed in a continuous form. When the full wheel cover 12 is put to the outside of a disc wheel 3 to push the outer peripheral design part 8 leftward, the engaging protruding part 9 slides along a bead seat back face 1b so as to be pushed in leftward. At this time, the full wheel cover 12 is elastically deformed with mainly the inner peripheral design part 10 bent. When the engaging protruding part 9 is pushed in until it is fitted into a recessed part 1c on the back side of a rim hump part, the engaging protruding part 9 is fitted into the recessed part 1c by the resilience of the full wheel cover 12, and the full wheel cover 12 is fittingly fixed to the disc wheel 3. |
