PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hair tonic excellent in stability and safety, and useful for treating and improving alopecia and dermatoses by including specific plant extract(s) and specific terpene(s). SOLUTION: This hair tonic is obtained by including at least one kind of extract selected from those from Salvia officinalis L., Humulus lupulus L., Rosmarinus officinalis L., Hypericum erectum Thunb., Mentha arvensis L. var. piperascens Malinv., Mentha piperita L., Matricaria chamomilla L., Arnica montana L. and Thymus vulgaris L. and at least one kind of compound selected from cis-jasmone of formula I, methyl dihydroisojasmonate of formulae, methyl dihydrojasmonate of formula III and dihydrojasmone of formula IV. |
