<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mask for elastomer coating capable of forming an elastomer layer having a flat upper surface. SOLUTION: A mask 20 for elastomer coating includes the opening part 100 formed on the mask 20 corresponding to the shape of an elastomer layer and the notch part 101 formed to the upper edge on the side of a squeegee sliding direction of the opening part 100 so as to have a thickness of 50μm and a width of about 1.0 mm. By this structure, an elastomer supplied by the sliding of a squeegee is filled into the opening part 10 and the notch part 101 and, therefore, the buildup part generated by the sliding of the squeegee is formed on the upper surface of the notch part 101.</p> |
