PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an ink from leaking by fitting a stamp to the head part of a cap in a freely detachable manner so that the printing face of a stamp body is turned downward when a writing utensil is carried by a user. SOLUTION: This writing utensil with a stamp comprises a seal 3 which holds a stamp body 4 to be impregnated with an ink and replenishes the ink to the stamp body 4 from its back side and a cap 2 which is freely detachable from the body 1 of the writing utensil. In addition, the stamp 3 is fitted to the head part to the cap 2 in a freely detachable manner so that the printing face 11 of the stamp body 4 is turned downward when the writing utensil is carried by a user. To facilitate the attachment/detachment of the cap 2 with the body 1 of the writing utensil, a cylindrical part 14 with a slit 13 is provided inside the cap 2. This cylindrical part 14 is preferably set to be detachable from the body 1 of the writing utensil. |
