<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dioxin removing agent which is safe for handling and is easily handled, shows little changes in the compsn. among lots, and which is easily prepared in a slurry state when the agent is used for slurry spraying. SOLUTION: The agent is collected from a wet treating process of a heavy oil combustion ash including a step of changing the heavy oil combustion ash into a slurry and a step of separating the slurry into a solid and a liquid. The agent consists of a carbon compsn. having the compsn. of 30 to 60 wt.% water, 35 to 50 wt.% C, 0.01 to 5 wt.% NH4 , 0.01 to 10 wt.% SO4 and 0.1 to 2 wt.% V.</p> |
