Hollow rod-form concrete item manufacturing process

The process involves the use of a mold consisting of cores (1) and an outer mold, and a lower muffle moving relatively to the cores with side spacing and with apertures for the cores. A reinforcement basket is fitted in the cavities between the cores and the outer mold. The concrete is poured in and compacted by shaking. The cores have open receiver elements (8) in which the basket (6) with fixing hooks (7) is fixed. The basket is supported at its circumference by radial inward-running components coming into contact with separated centering pins. The plant for implementing the process includes filling wagons, shakers and a press. The receiving elements against the cores are on a core receiving block (4).
