Locking cam ring (31) is attached to rotary body with axial bores (24), while corresponding bores (24a) are provided in a bush body (21) attached to the housing (10). Sliding pins (34-36) can be inserted in and removed from the bores against a spring arrangement (37), using the key. When pins pass though the plane (33) separating rotary body and bush, rotary body and cam ring are locked in position.
