PURPOSE:To generate a zoom picture whose fixed point is an optional point on a television screen. CONSTITUTION:The number of the dots of the television screen to a scanning starting point is calculated by a dot number calculating part 50b on the basis of the HV plane fixed point coordinate, and displacement on an XY plane corresponding to one-dot displacement on an HV plane is calculated by a dot displacement calculating part 50c on the basis of a zoom factor, and distance to the scanning starting point of the television screen on the XY plane is calculated by a distance calculating part 5Od on the basis of the displacement of every one dot and the number of the dots to the scanning starting point. Besides, the coordinate of a display starting point on the XY plane is calculated by a display starting point coordinate calculating part 50e by subtracting the distance to the scanning starting point from the fixed point coordinate on the XY plane, and display is started from the calculated display starting point coordinate, and picture data is extracted successively on the basis of the calculated displacement. |
